Article 1 (Application) These terms and conditions define the terms of use for the services provided by Niche Love (hereinafter referred to as 'the Service'). Users shall agree to these terms and conditions before using the Service. Article 2 (Registration) Users can use the Service by logging in with a Google account. The Service requires users to provide their Google username and icon URL as a condition of use. However, the icon itself is not retained. Article 3 (Handling of Personal Information) The Service does not intend to directly collect personal information from users. The personal information of users will be handled appropriately in accordance with Japanese law. Article 4 (User Responsibility) Users shall use the Service on the premise of complying with Japanese laws. Freedom of expression is respected, but the operator guarantees this freedom only to the extent that it does not violate the law. Article 5 (Service Improvement and Intervention) The Service will not intervene in users' posts except for the purpose of improving the service. The operator has the right to review users' posts as necessary and to delete any posts that violate Japanese law. Article 6 (Disclaimer) The operator is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the Service. The Service may change or terminate without notice, and the operator is not responsible for any damage suffered by users or third parties as a result. Article 7 (Changes to the Terms) The Service may change these terms and conditions as necessary. Changes to the terms will be notified to users through posting on the Service or by other means.
